If a small, intimate experience is what you are after for your wedding reception, then Great Tangley Manor looks perfect. The building is a Grade 1 Listed property, set within beautiful Victorian gardens and is situated on the edge of the Surrey Hills. Older that 1000 years and first mentioned in the Doomsday book in 1017, Great Tangley Manor was reputedly used by King John as a hunting lodge. The Manor has also hosted King George V and Queen Mary, King George VI and Edward VIII.
The property includes a lake, walled gardens and a courtyard.
Great Tangly Manor can accomodate up to 16 guests and host up to 40 (including residents) for small scale receptions.
